The Dinner

A seven course served meal with free-pour wines


New England clam chowder with parmesan oyster crackers

Salad of Boston lettuce, walnuts, apple slices, beet red onion and buttermilk dressing

Mustard cured Arctic Char on crispy potato lattice with crème Fraiche and lumpfish caviar

Seafood risotto with grilled shrimp and spiced tomato chutney 

Tenderloin of beef, pan seared, served with horseradish-Hollandaise sauce, potato pave and asparagus

Chocolate mascarpone custard topped fresh berries and dark chocolate truffles and warm raspberry sauce

Selection of artisan cheeses with rice crisps, crusty bread, fig jam and spiced nuts


Water: San Pellegrino, Sparkling & Evian.
