  • Pan sautéed breaded veal cutlet with mushroom chasseur, garlic mashed potatoes and roasted carrots 
  • Pan fried steelhead trout with mushroom duxelle, potato croquette and root vegetable puree 
  • Century Game Park Elk and Bison sausage with pappardelle pasta, arugula, sage and shallots 
  • Napoleon of farinata (chickpea pancake) with eggplant, tomato, red pepper and root vegetable ragout (dairy free, GF)
